Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and flexibility is essential. You must inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. You can reach out to us via phone, text (WhatsApp) or email. To ensure fairness and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our services:

1. Cancellation Notice Period:

Hotdesk Daily and Prepaid memberships: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the start of your reserved time slot or booking.

Meeting Room & Event Space Rental: Please provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice before the scheduled booking.

2. Refunds and Credits:

Hotdesk Daily membership: If you cancel within the specified notice period, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit for the unused portion of your reservation.

Hotdesk 5-Day Prepaid membership:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the prepaid membership. However, we provide the flexibility to change the booking date within the validity period.

If you need to reschedule your hotdesk booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative date within the remaining validity period of 2 months.

Meeting Room & Event Space Rental: Cancellation within the notice period will result in a full refund or credit.

3. Late Cancellation or No-show:

Hotdesk Daily and Prepaid memberships: If you fail to provide the required notice or do not show up for your reservation without prior communication, no refund or credit will be issued.

Meeting Room & Event Space Rental: Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

4. Exceptions:

In case of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or credit.
This cancellation policy balances accommodating plan changes and managing our resources effectively. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these guidelines.
